The opposition Leader Shahbaz Sharif’s vehicle hit an on-duty policeman outside an accountability court in Lahore on Friday.
The report has said that the vehicle was taking the U-Turn when it ran over the foot of the policeman named Muhammad Zahid who was standing at an intersection of the court. His foot was stuck under the tire of the vehicle which he managed to take out with the assistance of the people.
The police said that he got helped by the people inside the vehicle who came out and assisted him to get back on his feet.
The police further said that the injury of Muhammad Zahid was not much serious because of which he was not sent to the hospital but got first aid facility by the colleagues.
The vehicle of Shahbaz Sharif was found outside the court because on Friday, he had a hearing in reference with the “Ramadan Sugar Mills” which he came to attend.
His son, Hamza Sharif was sent to the sent in the same case on a 14-day Judicial Remand.
Previously, there had been reported that on 20th June, the PML-N Party president Shahbaz Sharif”s car trampled one of the supporters of the party outside the prison who got injured and was sent to the nearby hospital. The accident wounded the man’s foot.
