FM Qureshi dismantles fake death records

Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi denied claims on Thursday that he had died, after it appeared that his Wikipedia profile had been updated to state he had passed away. The foreign minister said he was in decent health and on the way to rehabilitation from coronavirus. Qureshi said he had checked COVID-19 favorably earlier this month, and had gone into self-isolation.

In a tweet the foreign minister had said: “I detected a mild fever this afternoon and instantly quarantined at home. I’ve just screened Covid 19 for positive. “By Allah ‘s grace, I feel powerful and full of strength. I will keep on completing my research from school. Hold me in your thoughts please, “he said.

Sad to say the minister has entered a lengthy line of politicians to develop the infectious illness.
Two weeks ago, the chairman of Muttahida Qaumi Movement Pakistan (MQM-P), and Federal Minister of Information Technology and Telecommunications Syed Aminul Haq checked coronavirus positively.

A week previous to that PML-N spokeswoman Marriyum Aurangzeb claimed she has tested positive. Also diagnosed with COVID-19 is Railways Minister Sheik Rashid Ahmed, PTI MNA Jai Prakash, former Prime Minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi, State Minister for Narcotics Shehryar Afridi and National Assembly chief whip Aamir Dogar.
