Job Description

We are hiring for an m/f customer service representative with at least 1-2 years experience in the same field.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Good communication skills (written, verbal, and listening
  • in particular)
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills and
  • proficient in ms office packages
  • Know how to handle following customers’ payments and maintain financial accounts from time to time daily.
  • Able to demonstrate professional phone conversation with a customer service commitment.
  • Responsible for resolving product or service problems by clarifying customer’s complaints.
  • Responsible for maintaining customers’ accounts by recording account information in the systems.
