LAW MINISTRY ADVISES KASHMIR NOT TO BE TAKEN TO INTERNATIONAL COURT

The Ministry of Law sends recommendations to the Prime Minister about The problem of law and order (not to take Kashmir to the international court) cannot be taken to Kashmir International Court of Justice.

The Ministry of Law has sent recommendations to Prime Minister Imran Khan on the issue of taking Kashmir to the international court. Law ministry recommends that Kashmir cannot go to international court justice directly; the matter should be raised at the UN Security Council and the General Assembly.
Media reports said that after India’s August 5 illegal move, the government had directed the Kashmir International Court of Justice to take the matter to justice.
Ministry law was sought in this regard. The Ministry of Law has forwarded its opinion after detailed deliberations and consultations, stating that there is no agreement on the issue between Pakistan and India. Courts can send justice.
Considering that Pakistan had already begun considering going to the International Court of Justice in the case of occupied Kashmir.
Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi had said that Pakistan wanted to resolve Kashmir peacefully but we would consider going to the international court of justice.
External Affairs Minister said that we had the idea that Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi will announce the move on August 5, we will also consider other aspects including going to the World Court of Justice. He said that Pakistan’s permanent delegation to the United Nations Miliha Lodhi will soon meet the President of the Security Council while the US should play its role in the current situation. We are also consulting with the US President.
The Foreign Minister had said that if India considers the constitutional amendment to resolve the Kashmir issue, then it is a waste of its imagination. India has further complicated the Kashmir issue.
Shah Mahmood Qureshi has said that India is oppressing Kashmiris under the black law in the occupied Jammu and Kashmir. Violations are, the UN should take immediate notice of this situation and prevent India from occupying state and human rights abuses in Jammu and Kashmir.
