Tax on mobile cards restored by Supreme Court
News: The people of Pakistan who were made happy to enjoy the 100 0n 100 on mobile top-up earlier, have to get out of this pleasing moment now as the tax has been reinstated.
In the year of 2018 as on 11th of June, The Chief Justice of Pakistan had passed an ordered deduction of taxes up to 40% on each mobile recharge. The Telecom Companies were strictly banned to impose any tax on cellular top up giving the people of Pakistan an opportunity to enjoy the 100/100.
The Supreme Court of Pakistan passed an order on Wednesday to restore all the previous taxes on the mobile recharges.
According to this new order, the people will get 60% of recharge after the deduction of 40% on a card valued Rs.100.
