MET office has predicted that rain along with gusty winds is expected in various areas of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Rawalpindi, Sargodha divisions, Islamabad, Kashmir, and Gilgit Baltistan on Sunday.
Whereas, the hot and dry weather is highly expected in the other remote areas of the country including Gujranwala, Lahore, Faisalabad, Multan, D.G.Khan, and Zhob divisions.
It has been told that the rainfall during 24 hours in the mentioned areas may expectedly be measured differently in the different areas of the country in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa: Balakot 18mm, Dir, Malamjabba 04mm, Kakul 02mm, Kalam 01mm, in and Kashmir: Garidupatta 13mm, Muzaffarabad (AP 09, City 03), Rawalakot 02mm, in Punjab: Murree, Khanewal 05mm, and in Gilgit Baltistan: Astore 03mm.
Comparing the past days’ weather in Malakand, Hazara, Rawalpindi, D.G.Khan divisions, Gilgit Baltistan, and Kashmir was observed dust-thundershower along winds of gust while the most other parts of the country remained hot and dry alike today and the highest maximum temperature was noticed as Sibbi, Dalbandin 46°C, Nokkundi, Jaccobabad, Sukkur & Dadu 45°C respectively.
The MET has also given the forecast for tomorrow Monday which says the scattered places of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Kashmir and Gilgit Baltistan will be covered with Dust-thundershower/rain with gusty winds while at remote areas in Rawalpindi, Sargodha, Gujranwala, Lahore, Faisalabad, Multan, D.G.Khan, Bahawalpur, Sahiwal, Mirpurkhas, Kalat, Zhob divisions and Islamabad including elsewhere places of the country the temperature will stay as usual hot and dry.
