Yummy Lahori Omelette Recipe
- Three large eggs
- One teaspoon milk
- One small onion (Finally chopped)
- One tomato (Finally chopped)
- One green chilli (Finally chopped)
- Salt & pepper to taste
- One-fourth teaspoon red chilli powder
Take a frying pan and heat cooking oil about 1&1/2 Tablespoons.
Now add onions (chopped) and fry till slightly golden brown.
Then add diced tomatoes and green chili (chopped). Fry till tomatoes extort the juice.
Add pepper, red chili powder, and salt.
Beat the eggs adding the milk and a bit of pepper and salt. Pour the eggs into a different greased hot pan over moderate flame.
Place the tomato and onion mixture over one half when the bottom is set, and fold. Just cook a little more until the egg is fully settled.
